Today we’re preparing a familiar favorite – Salmon in Parchment, or “Salmon en Papillote.” 

We’ll be pairing today’s salmon with Green Beans in Parchment, prepped with Andria’s Steakhouse Salad Dressing.

Today we’re preparing fall-off-the-bone turkey wings, with a deliciously thick glaze that’s equal parts sweet, savory, and spicy.

To keep things simple, we’ll be pairing today’s wings with a simple cabbage salad, topped with Andria’s House Salad Dressing.

Today we’re making Wanja-jeon- Korean Beef & Tofu Patties, but with a twist. 

Wanja-jeon are made with a variety of ingredients, including beef, pork, or chicken, onions, tofu, and a variety of spices. They cook up with a crisp exterior, and a moist, tender interior, providing a lovely contrast of texture.

If you’re looking for a recipe that’s as easy to make as it is delicious, look no further than this marinated pork tenderloin, which we’ll be pairing with grilled onions.

For the marinade, we’re using Andria’s Salad Dressing, which is a delicious mix of natural ingredients like molasses, rice vinegar, Worcestershire, and herbs.

"My family has been using this for years whenever we make Filet Mignon on the grill. We marinate it in the sauce for about an hour before putting on the grill. Don't need to brush on top of doing that."
